I was selected by Nike and SEG Services to be the exclusive designer for this year’s Boston Marathon × Nike By You customization experience. Throughout marathon weekend, customers were able to customize their Nike garments using my illustrations at the flagship Newbury Street location.

I was given 1-2 days to send 15-20 sketches for Nike to choose from for finalization. They ended up selecting 10 graphics for use by the general public, 3 graphics for marathon finshers, and 2 graphics for Nike store employees.
The graphics for the marathon finshers, and the Nike store employees, were designed for embroidery,
while the rest were designed as heat-transfers.

Throughout marathon weekend, Nike hosted me for various events, including an exclusive customization experience for Nike-sponsored runners, and a Marathon Monday block party.
